HOW TO PROPERLY ORDER YOUR PERSONALIZED JEWELRY

PRODUCTION: 

• Generally a draft of your order will be sent in 3 - 4 days via email.
  
• After you confirm the draft - we will produce your goods & ship them out within 5 days. 
  
  
  
• TURN AROUND TIME : 12 to 15 days 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER: 

1. Form an order & add item to cart
2. CLICK UPDATE CART TO GET TO NOTES SECTION
3. indicate your custom request in orders note section at check out as the following : NAME + FONT NUMBER + OUTLINE COLOR + FONT COLOR  
   (FOR EXAMPLE: TROI+ FONT 1 + GLITTER PINK + GOLD) 
4.  If you do not indicate your custom request we will contact you once, if you do not answer within a 4 day time frame we will cancel your order & issue your refund.
